I'm going to be very vulnerable with y'all for a moment.
Just updated with some other resources <3

I suffer from depression and anxiety, I know its not anything special, but its a real problem in my life and I know that it's something y'all suffer from too in some cases.

I just wanted to take a moment and say that If you ever feel like you need to talk to someone, or are in a dangerous state of mind, you NEED to seek that help.

You can call various first lines for any possible problem. (rape, anxiety, depression, self harm, suicide, prayer, divorce, anything) Just type it into google.
Suicide Crisis Line: 1-800-273-8255 (US) or www.suicide.org (to find international hotlines)
Other Resources and organizations/hotlines

For me, I was to afraid to call the lines and talk so I searched for online chat help, and there are also some amazing websites out there.
:bulletblack:www.7cupsoftea.com/1487383 <non professionals, but trained. I am on there as t1taniumx, so feel free to connect with me over there if you feel so inclined
:bulletblack:www.crisischat.org/chat/ <Just as good as calling the professionals on any of the above call lines, except through chat.
:bulletblack:www.imalive.org <crisis line alternative for suicide prevention primarily
:bulletblack:blahtherapy.com/ <similar to 7cups but with paid psychology services included
:new::bulletblack:www.loveisrespect.org/ <specific to relationships
:new::bulletblack:www.thetrevorproject.org/ <suicide prevention for the LGBTQ community.

If you feel so inclined that you are such a danger to yourself at a specific moment, please call 911.
